It offers Intrusion Compliance Commander Products that protect customer data against loss and misuse; Intrusion SecureNet Network Intrusion Prevention/Detection System Products for intrusion prevention or detection; and TraceCop product that assists in identifying and locating network attackers. The companys products protect critical information assets by detecting, analyzing, and reporting the attacks or misuse of classified, private, and regulated information for government and enterprise networks. Intrusion Inc. also offers various services, including design and configuration, project planning, training, and installation and maintenance. Its end-user customers include banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions; the U.S. federal government entities; foreign government entities; and hospitals and other healthcare providers. Intrusion Inc. markets and distributes its products directly, as well as through distributors, system integrators, managed service providers, and value-added resellers. The company was formerly known as Intrusion.com, Inc. and changed its name to Intrusion Inc. in November 2001. Intrusion Inc. was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Richardson, Texas.
