Elmer Candy Corporation makes Easter sweet. Endangered Species Chocolate, LLC offers some 30 different products, including candy bars such as dark chocolate with hazelnut toffee, milk chocolate with cherries, and smooth white chocolate; it also makes organic bars and chocolate pieces. Endangered Species' products are sold at retailers such as Target and at specialty and health-food stores, including Whole Foods, throughout the US. Ten percent of the company's after-tax profits is donated to environmental conservation groups.
