Murry's, Inc.

Though its first product was sandwich steak, Murry's hit the road to success with its frozen French-toast sticks. The company now offers more than 150 frozen prepared beef, chicken, and pork products, along with its "we've achieved the American dream" French Toast sticks. Its products can be found in more than 10,000 grocery stores throughout the US; Murry's also offers private-label services and sells to restaurants, institutions, and other foodservice businesses. In addition, the firm operates some 30 Murry's supermarkets in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Philadelphia. The company, founded in 1948, is owned and operated by the third generation of the founding Mendelson family.
