MORPACE conducts global research with expertise in the automotive, consumer products, financial services, health care, media, and transportation industries. It utilizes such techniques as surveys, focus groups, and interactive voice response technology for its data collection. The company was formed from the merger of Market Opinion Research and Product & Consumer Evaluations Inc. in 1990, but only took the MORPACE name in 1998.
