Further, the company offers VISUAL Liquid Web, which allows its users to customize a client’s front-end data capture; VISUAL Claims Studio, a claims management tool; VISUAL Reports Studio, a Web-based claims reporting software; and Voice of Customer, an online opinion gathering tool. It serves self-insured companies in auto leasing, transportation, software, utility, and energy industries; public entities and self-insured groups; insured and state-funded employers; and alternative risk clients.
