Human Recognition Systems Ltd.
Human Recognition Systems Ltd was set up by current CEO Neil Norman in 2002. Whilst working as Senior Technology Analyst at Accenture, Neil recognised that there was a future for biometrics and that the technology would one day make a real difference to people’s lives. He decided to come back to Liverpool, where he grew up, and set up a company which would be a world pioneer for biometric technology.Biometrics was in its infancy, the stuff of ‘Tomorrow’s World’, when HRS started developing its potential by finding solid commercial applications for the technology across a wide range of sectors. Absolute commitment and learning by experience enabled HRS to become the UK’s leading biometric systems integration company. HRS is unique because its expertise extends to cover all biometric technologies; iris, hand, finger, face and vein, plus human behavioural analytics.
We are proud to say that to date we have never failed to deliver any of the state of the art projects we have promised our customers.During the last two years, with investment from the Capital Values Group, HRS has grown rapidly, moving to world class offices and delivering large scale projects to Manchester Airport, the Department of Health and MOD and work as members of global consortia to deliver national identity projects.HRS now have offices and strong representation in the Middle East, which enables us to be involved in some of the most innovative and ambitious biometric schemes being developed in the world today.
