Chrontel, Inc. designs, develops, and markets semiconductors for personal computing platforms to computer manufacturers. The company offers video interface integrated circuits and technologies to connect desktop or notebook computers to standard televisions. Its products include TV and DVD encoders, and DVI and LCD transmitters; Vedio DAC, a display controller device, which accepts a digital graphics high speed AC coupled RGB input signal, and encodes and transmits data through analog RGB port, as well as accepts one channel of RGB data over three pairs of serial data ports; and Hdme Consumer Electronic Control device, a programmable through a wire serial port programmable power management.
