The corporate entity named as “Caltron Info Solution Pvt. Ltd” (CISPL), which is gradually unfolding with able leadership, focus penetrations and proper delegation of management. Infrastructure: The Company has two separate and distinct entities one is CALTRON formed as a proprietorship concern of Calcutta Radio Service Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company taken over by the promoters which mark the begining of the group. The other is Caltron Info Trade Pvt. Ltd. Formed in 2002 for the purpose of widening the network throughout the India especially for Re-Distribution model of branded product and its own Brand almost the entire reseller network.
