Sir, I am very thank full to the Hescom for providing all the information. I am from Belgaum area and I find difficult to put the complain for the domestic power failure, As city is divided in different zone nearest sub station Khanjar galli, BELGAUM. My zone falls in other area subash nagar due to any reason when call phone is busy or they do not answer (ph no 2474825) especially night time on inquiry to khanjar gall office they say call after 9am What one should do to put complain at night till 9 am and to which no should put the complail.
