I had a chance to work with this company and found that, the management is so immature & illitrate to work with, that you will feel that you are working for some wholesale or some cheap Marwardi Baniya. No process to follow, no growth opportunities at all. Best Part is you wont get paid on time, the salary date is 07th of every month, you can expect your salary by 18-22nd of the month. They are very boastful about their 18yrs of existence and new facilities they are coming up with. however they have started as a audio cassette seller, then to shoes' shoe room and then they moved to contact center and then they finally floated an Engineering division around 7years back. Not a company offering a promising career. hence Beware.. there are many other pits to fall into, but not this
