The center is known for its unprofessional behavior. If it had been on the lower level staff, still one can have some hopes. But this center is headed by Kajal who do not have any basic sense of behaving with the customer. She would go in argue to any extent. And when a customer is trying to give any feedback , it would be taken too lightly and with no action and even no assurance to improve With such type of behavior by the center manager will definitely lead to the closure of the center soon. When you book appointment when you have bought any package in advance, they would not keep a track of the same and it is very much possible they would bounce you right on time. While selling a package wrong promises are made and when it comes to the services they will ensure that the staff with the least experience will serve the packages even when the high skilled staff is available. I would not recommend this center to anyone and definitely would warn the people to get trapped and face wast
