The new (existing) promoters intend to recommence the business activity of the Company and hence they have sought Members approval to insert enabling clauses /activities in the main object of the Company by altering the Memorandum of Association. The Members of the Company has approved the alteration of the Main Object clause of Memorandum of Association through Postal Ballot Notice dated September 15, 2012. |
