Later in the year 1992 Company has change its registered office from Maharastra to Surat. Later its management was taken by Somani Group of Surat. At present its Chairman cum Managing Director is Mr. Mahesh Kumar Somani and Mr. Rajkumar Kumar Somani, Director of the Company recognised the name and brand of the Company as quality product supplier among its competitors. The Company made its IPO of 400000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- at par aggregating to Rs. 40.00 Lacs in the year 1987 and received overwhelming response from investors. Equity shares of the Company were listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). |
