The group has now built another Hotel with 176 rooms viz, “ The Residency Towers” situated at a prime location in the city of Chennai meeting Four Star quality and catering to the increasing number of international visitors to the fast growing software industry and the newly comeup automobile MNCs in and around the city. Though the new Hotel is in the same sector of the city of Chennai, its addition to the Group will only enhance its synergy and will result in putting into effective use, the experience and expertise as well as the professional management built up over the years by running the earlier units.
