The Company has been originally promoted by Mr. R.P. Baldwa, Mr. S.C. Baldwa and Mr. A.K. Baldwa in 1994 for providing financial, investment services and manufacture textile products. The registered office of the Company was shifted from the State of Rajasthan to NCT of Delhi under confirmation by the order of Company Law Board, Northern Region Bench, New Delhi vide C.P. No. 65/17/2004 CLB dated July 20, 2004. Latter on the promoters’ stake in the Company has been acquired by Sainik Mining And Allied Services Limited in year 2004-2005. Since then, Sainik Mining And Allied Services Limited became the Promoter of the Company. Presently the Company is situated in NCT of Delhi and having its registered office at 129, Transport Centre, Rohtak Road Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi - 110035. The Company is engaged in business of investment & financing. The Company was originally registered as Non- Banking Finance Company with Reserve Bank of India, Branch Jaipur under Registration No.-10-00047 dated 24th March, 1998. In order to give effect of the change of the registered office of the Company from the State of Rajasthan to NCT of Delhi as stated above, the Reserve Bank of India, Branch- New Delhi, has issued a fresh Certificate of Registration No. B-14.03278 dated 6th day of June, 2013 in lieu of old CoR No. 10-00047 dated 24th March, 1998. | | |
