Mr.Ravi Appasamy, son of the founder joined the business in 1981 and gave further impetus to the activities of the group. His drive led to completion of several large Housing Projects. Today the Group has to its credit over 3 million sq.ft. of built up quality space, with such rich,novel comforts and conveniences. The group has now built another Hotel with 176 rooms viz, The Residency Towers situated at a prime location in the city of Chennai meeting Four Star quality and catering to the increasing number of international visitors to the fast growing software industry and the newly comeup automobile MNCs in and around the city.
