Aim was to operate in the field of capital industrial and electrical equipments. The initial production program included Phase preventors, L T distribution transformers, plating rectifiers, battery chargers, and Automatic voltage stabilizers. In next two decades, Chhabi proactively witnessed and participated in India's leap growth in the power and telecom sector via a good demand for its Rectifiers (battery chargers). Here we had an area of 3800 sq.mtrs. approx.-for the actual production and allied activities, along with an ample uncovered area for future expansions. Manufacturing and Supply of- 220V/875Amps- A highest rating Battery Charger to Vishakhapatanam Steel Plant through Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd , in 1985 came as a real breakthrough.
