Products
1. Ferrous Valves: Gate Valve, Globe Valve, Swing Check Valve, High Pressure Valve, Ball Valve, Gate Valves (Conduit Type), Dual Plate Check Valve, Control Valve (model:TSU), and Control Valve (model:CDB).

2. Non Ferrous Valves: Brass Valve Division is equipped with imported forging presses and sophisticated machines such as Single Spindle and multi spindle automats where, machining within close tolerances could be achieved. The unit has capacity to produce 20 to 25 Tonnes of non-ferrous forging per month duly machined. In addition, the Unit can machine 15 to 20 Tonnes of ferrous and non-ferrous components per month.

3. API 6D Ferrous Valves: API 6D valves are designed and manufactured strictly as per API 6D standard. The products right from design to dispatch are as per quality standard of API Q1. These valves are designed to meet the specific needs of oil and gas industry. Gate valves, Ball valves and Check valves manufactured under API monogram can be supplied with flanged and butt weld ends.

4. Critical Application: Cryogenic Valves are designed and manufactured as per BS 6364 for cold box and non-cold box application. Valves meant for cold box application will stand for a temperature of -1960 C and Valves meant for Non-Cold box application will stand for a temperature of - 460 C, -730 C and -1010 C respectively. All austenitic grades of Stainless Steel are best suited for cold box application in solution treated and impact tested condition.
