Remember those FBI shows that have punky men's rooms but swanky offices. Shashikala is a bit like that, but the resemblance stops with the men's rooms.
Being a relatively new theater, it does have Dolby DTS and air cooling, but to get a feel of the latter, you have to be blessed with two things - exceptional eyesight to see the AC ducts in the dark, and the power of imagination to sense the cool air. There is good legroom, though there would have to be some kind of divine intervention if you were to find a seat with a backrest that does not use your back as a rest.
Like its twin, this theater also normally screens Telugu flicks that are given a weekly run. But don't take your girl there, unless having junta ogling at the two of you is your greatest fetish.
So, if you like catching movies first day first show, this is your best bet. Just that at times it might be the first day first show of the film's second release. |
