ARD Wire cut EDM (AF series) offered by Drass Mechatronics & Machinery are available with anti-electrolysis system for high cutting speed and better surface finish. The fixed table design ensures heavy load carrying capacity. Further the machines are equipped with optical coded linear scales for higher position accuracy and exceptional repeatability for longer period than other machines in this class. The wire cut EDMs offer cutting speed of 160 mm2 / min and surface finish of 0.5 µm Ra on practical working conditions. Salient features of the AF series are auto corner control, auto water pressure, auto water conductivity, etc. The AF series offers multitasking sufficient technology data bank, powerful and easy to access. AF series machines are offered with LCD TFT display. ARD offers high-end NE series ZNC EDMs with surface roughness of 0.16 µm Ra, most suitable for rib machining; carbide, IC moulds, plastic moulds and mirror finish applications.
