Paramount conductors Ltd. came into existence more than three decades back under the visionary leadership of Mr. G K Tapadia with a mission to develop hitherto imported machines in the field of Insulated Conductors/winding wires and machines for winding/rewinding of static/rotating machines. Company's effort in development of hitherto imported machines and special purpose machines lead to recognition of the company as Research and Development Laboratory by the Ministry of Science and technology, Government of India since 1975. In 2004 the company received ISO 9001 certificate from SGS. p>Paramount undertook forward integration into the manufacture of Insulated Conductors/winding wires and then ventured into rewinding and repairs of LT/HT Motor, Generator (13.8KV/50MW), Transformers (220kVA/50MVA), Magnets, and Induction Heating Coils. Paramount is also manufacturing coils for all these electrical equipments along with manufacture of lifting magnets and separators. Paramount has accumulated a wealth of experience in the design and manufacture of special machines for electrical and metal industries.

1. Spare Coils: They at Paramount manufacture coils using automated looping and forming machines to ensure consistent geometry of any configuration of coil. Their Computerized Coil Taping machine ensures crease free taping of insulation of critical slot portions of the coil. Moulding of coils on sophisticated Hydraulic press ensures void free moulding of insulation and proper fit on the machines.

Insulated Conductors: Paramount offers a complete range of insulated conductors / winding wires used for the winding of electrical machines such as Motors, Generators, Transformers, lifting magnets etc. They have more than three decade of experience in the field of this manufacturing. Over the years they have worked closely with a number of customers to develop products to suit their requirement and to achieve higher efficiency.

3. REwinding Machines: Paramount offers a wide range machines and testing machines in the field of winding/rewinding of static and rotating machines. Their experience in the field of LT/HT Motor/Generator rewinding has given us a better understanding of the needs of these machines.
