Miraj Electrical & Mechanical Company offers thyristorised rectifiers in sturdy and proven construction to withstand extraordinary welding environments. The fully-thyristorised, infinitely variable current setting that ranges from 10 A to rated current, automatic current stabilization, offers finger-touch control. MTW rectifiers are designed for extra smooth arc; reduction of spatter level and high efficiency that makes no load losses and input current is very low. The features include: low noise cooling fan, which is permanently lubricated; modular design of PCB, plug in system reduce down time; PCBs housed in additional steel enclosure for protection and preventing the damages; and specially designed outer casing treatment, which allows exposure to any offshore climatic condition. Although the MTW rectifiers always give the exact currents as set by the knob, as ammeter and voltmeter are provided to ensure the exact current and arc voltage. The MTW A6 series of rectifiers are provided with change over switch from manual to TIG process to cut off initial surge facility, which is not required for TIG process.
