Products Summary Elkay Telelinks offers a range of cables, including zero halogen, flame retardant, low smoke; single core unsheathed copper cables, for working voltage u to 1100 volts. The conductor is made of bright annealed bare copper of high electrolytic grade drawn to fine strands, multi strands bunched together rope shaped wire for uniformity pity of conductor dia, resistance, dimensions and flexibility, etc. The diameter of the conductor is so uniform that strands do not get cut when stripping the insulation thus conductor gives perfect conductivity, which eliminates sport heating and sparing. Insulation; specially formulated of halogen free flame retardant compound is used. The performance of the cable in fore situation is exceptionally good. The insulation odes not melt, drip or spread the fire under the fire conditions. The smoke is negligible, transparent and not toxic.
