The mechanical machining, inspection and electrical winding testing are carried out by qualified personnel in the respective fields. The assembled motors are tested as per ISStandards to their full load and torque values on cradle type dynamometers and loading rheostats for continuous three hours minimum. Machines are also overloaded to check their capacity of withstanding abnormal load conditions. |
