Electrical motor-driven reduction gears control the stroke per minute of the plunger through crank mechanism. Capacity from zero to maximum percentage can be varied by stroke length adjustment mechanism. The pumps have salient features of electrical driven mechanical actuated metering pumps. Glow control can be done while in running or in rest, suitable for solvents, highly corrosive chemicals and viscous liquids. The double acting plunger pumps can deliver liquid in minimum pulsation effect because flow rate can be achieved in forward and backward movement of the plunger. Wetted parts are available in SS-304/316, alloy-20, hastalloy-B or C, titanium, nickel, Monel and other machineable metals.
