Products Summary Controlwell India offers flexible protective conduits with parallel grooves of polyamide conforming to UL94V2 and UL94VO that provide additional insulation and protect cables and wiring against dust, dampness and mechanical wear. The particular advantages of these conduits are that they are halogen free, oil and petrol resistant, flame retardant and self-extinguishing. They can be used continuously in the temperature range of -40°C to + 105°C and for short term up to + 150V. These flexible conduits are suitable for various applications such as shipyards all kinds of machine installations, especially for controls, moving machine parts, motor connections and for internal connections in distribution and control cabinets. They have protection class of IP-67 in combination with UL listed and VDE approved conduit glands of polyamide. The conduit glands are push in style for quick installation and conduits can be easily dismantled from conduit glands by simply twisting the ring and then pulling out the conduit. The conduit glands are available in straight, 900 elbow and 450 curved elbow shapes. They are available with PG, metric and NPT threads. Distributors are used instead of distribution box to make layout elegant. Distributors are available in three basic shapes of TYC, TTC and TVC. Tube end cap is the rational spout from tube to cable made of rubber for corrugated plastic conduits.
