The bartending industry spells boom time in South India. Unfortunately, there is a dearth of exclusive institutes that provide training in bartending. Thus was born B’Mann, the realization of a vision by Prasanna. It was his driving force that initiated the establishment of B’Mann. Providing able support as another anchor of B’Mann is George Abraham. He has had extensive experience with the Welcom Group Park Sheraton and Pizza Hut. He has headed the Training Department of ‘Pizzeria’ for 13 restaurants located in Chennai, Pondicherry & Pune. Alongwith Prasanna and George, Saran is an integral part of B’Mann. Backed by a professional degree in Hotel Management, a stint at the Oberoi and immense practical exposure in the field, Saran’s contribution to B’Mann is invaluable. Together, the trio believes in leaving no stone unturned, in taking B’Mann to dizzying heights. B’Mann teaches everything that needs to be taught to be a top-notch bartender, including the fine art of Bar Management. The school has got a mock bar set-up for training their students in a real-time environment. There is a special room for Flair Bartending where both Indian & foreign bartenders lend their expertise. The school offers courses at all levels that have the flexibility to suit individual needs. The faculty works towards building the students’ confidence to be able to compete with experienced bartenders. Upon completing the course, the graduates will have the equivalent of two years experience. Ultimately, the school’s goal is to make its students the best-trained bartenders in the industry. |
