In the first year of operation itself receive an order for installing FUME SCRUBBING SYSTEM for a leading cold rolled steel strip mill in northern India. Since then we have installed more than 350 Fume/Gas/Dust extraction systems and more than 320 different types of scrubbers or other mass transfer equipment (such as Sieve Tray or Plate Scrubbers, Packed Columns, Venturi Scrubber, Falling Film Columns, Cyclones and Bag Houses etc.) involving a variety of streams such as HCI, H2SO4, CI2, HF, Nox, SO2 and other Fumes or Gases. In 1995, Shivas Projects moved into its own 15000 sq. ft. premises.

Shivas Projects (India) offers fumeless picking lines for in process continuous wire pickling operations. Theses totally indigenous fumeless acid pickling lines offer hassle-free pickling with no air pollution related problems. The compact, totally covered units have built-in wire rinsing sections on each end of the line. There is no need to install any air pollution control device, as fumes are not allowed to escape. Made out of FRP and other engineering plastics they offer a long life coupled with many other advantages for the first time to Indian wire industries using acid for wire cleaning.
