From a small company in 1975, the erstwhile Punjab Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited (PCPL) has now evolved as Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Limited (PCCPL), bringing all its divisions - Agrotechnicals, Agroformulations, Pharmaceuticals, Intermediates, Chemicals & International Trading, all under one umbrella, by a merger of all companies into PCCPL in March 2006. At present, PCCPL has seven state-of-the-art manufacturing sites complying with international standards, strategically located in different parts of India - all ISO 9001 & ISO 14000 certified, and commands support from its R&D strengths and unparalleled Pilot Plant facilities. PCCPL manufactures various Agrotechnicals, Agroformulations, API's, Pharmaceutical Intermediates, Phosphorous Derivatives and Specialty Chemicals. The Int'l Trading Division sources & exports a range of products to our customers, with the service & quality assistance of PCCPL. With warehouses at major industrial locations in India, the division also imports & distributes a range of chemicals to a wide customer base in India. The acquisition of Sintesis Quimica SAIC- Argentina and a Sulphur based agroformulation unit in Maharashtra & an agroformulation unit in Gujarat, India, have widely expanded the product base and assets base of the Company. SD Agchem (Europe), N.V., Belgium the overseas subsidiary- marketing company is a source of an immediate supply of Company's products from the doorstep of Europe. Possession of the marketing registrations with the overseas subsidiary companies is the added advantage. |
