In Nov. 1992, the Company made a Public Issue of 18,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 180 lacs, mainly for the purpose of augmenting its long term resources for working capital, and enhancing the borrowing power, besides getting the Company`s shares listed on the Stock Exchanges. |
