Forbes “BBBB” Helical Spring Lock Washers With over two decades of manufacturing experience, FORBES have created a position of supremacy for its Spring Lock Washers. The largest selling Helical Spring Lock Washers in the country today can be found of every vehicle on the Indian roads and in almost all fans, mixers, transformers; the list goes on. Salient features of “BBBB” Greater bolt tension per unit of applied torque. Hardened bearing surface provides uniform torque control. Minimum frictional resistance between bolted surface and bearing face making assembly and dismantling easier. Protection against loosened assembly and corrosion. A large range of sizes and standard (details in table below), including Wave Washers. “A” type washers & washers to JIS Standards. Variety of surface coating, Zinc passivation (Yellow/White/Green) phosphating and Cadmium plating. Special sizes to customer’s drawing “BBBB” Washers are manufactured from superior grade High Carbon Steel under stringent quality control, raw material stage onwards. The rigid inspection procedure includes extensive chemical, mechanical and metallurgical test conducted with the aid of most modern equipment; thus providing washers, which are “a class apart”.
