Claiming that they are innocent and being framed in a false case, the four accused in the Hathras incident have written to letter to the Uttar Pradesh Superintendent of Police.

The letter bears the thumb impression of the four accused, identified as Sandeep, Ramu, Lavkush and Ravi.
