With 31,923 new Covid cases registered in the last 24 hours, India's daily new cases on Thursday crossed the 30,000 mark yet again.

A cab driver, who allegedly raped a woman passenger in the vehicle between 3 am to 4 am, was arrested early on Wednesday, the police said.

SoftBank Group-backed Indian hospitality startup Oyo Hotels and Rooms is expected to file for an initial public offering (IPO) next week to raise around $1 billion, a source told Reuters on Thursday.
