Pune-based logistics start-up Xpressbees has raised $300 million in a Series F funding round, making it the 8th company in 2022 to become a unicorn. The latest fundraise values the firm at $1.2 billion. The funding round was led by private equity funds Blackstone Growth, TPG Growth and ChrysCapital, and includes a primary capital infusion of $100 million and a secondary share sale worth $200 million.

Auto components major Bosch Ltd on Wednesday reported a 27.5 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 234.79 crore for the third quarter ended December 31.

As many as 4,844 foreigners were granted Indian citizenship in the past five years under the Citizenship Act 1955, Union Minister Nityanand Rai told Lok Sabha in a written reply on Tuesday.

The minister informed that 1,773 foreigners were granted Indian citizenship in 2021, 639 in 2020, 987 in 2019, 628 in 2018 and 817 in 2017.
