The board of the country’s largest dry cell battery maker, Eveready Industries India, has been reconstituted with Burman family members and nominees being appointed to it.

In a filing with the stock exchanges, the company informed that the board had approved the appointment of Anand Chand Burman, Mohit Burman and Arjun Lamba as non-executive directors (additional directors) with effect from July 12, 2022.

Adani Group will participate in the 5G auctions through its subsidiary Adani Data Networks, The Economic Times reported.

According to the report, Adani Data Networks has also been issued a letter of intent by the telecommunications department to grant a Unified Licence with authorisation of ILD (national area), NLD (national area), and ISP-B in the Gujarat Circle.

Auto components major Bosch Ltd will invest over Rs 200 crore in India in the next five years in advanced automotive technologies and digital mobility space, its Managing Director Soumitra Bhattacharya has said.
