In a dramatic development, the AP CID police on September 9 arrested Telugu Desam Party national president and former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu in Nandyal, 65 km from Kurnool, preceded by a five-hour-long high tension.

In connection with criminal cases over corruption in AP Skill Development Corporation, the police started deploying heavy police forces in several buses from Kurnool, Nandyal, and Anantapur districts from Friday midnight.

HCLTech said on Thursday the deal will focus on automating the public cloud environment for Siemens. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Engineering conglomerate Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has secured a multi-billion-dollar contract from Saudi Aramco, according to informed sources. A West Asian business intelligence website estimated the total value of the order at $3.9 billion.
