Lithium battery and solar panels manufacturer RCRS Innovations Ltd on Tuesday said it has filed draft papers with NSE Emerge to mop-up funds through an initial public offering (IPO) and the proceeds will be used to fund its expansion plan.

The Noida-headquartered company's proposed IPO is a fresh issuance of 48.24 lakh equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, according to a statement.

The Ministry of Heavy Electricals (MHI) announced on Tuesday that seven bids had been received under a global tender for the rebidding of Production Linked Incentives (PLI) aimed at supporting the manufacturing of Electric Vehicle (EV) batteries, specifically 10 GigaWatt hours (GWh) Advanced Chemistry Cells (ACC).

Air India has entered into a codeshare partnership with Japan's All Nippon Airways.

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Tuesday staged a dharna here protesting against the delay in release of drought relief funds by the Centre and criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah over the issue.

At Rs 18,951 crore, the net profit, however, was nearly 10 per cent higher sequentially.

Oman LNG and TotalEnergies, one of its shareholders, have signed a sale and purchase agreement to supply 800,000 metric tons per year of liquefied natural gas, the companies said on Monday.

TotalEnergies, which owns 5.54 per cent of Oman LNG, will be supplied by the company for 10 years from 2025, they said in separate statements.

Hong Kong prohibited the sale of Indian spice brands, MDH Pvt and Everest Food Products Pvt, following the detection of carcinogenic pesticide ethylene oxide in multiple spice blends, according to a report in the Hindustan Times (HT).

The Centre for Food Safety (CFS) of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region said that there was presence of ethylene oxide in MDH Group's madras curry powder, sambhar masala powder, and curry powder, the HT report said.

The Delhi High Court on Monday dismissed a plea requesting the release of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on “extraordinary interim bail” for all criminal cases registered by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the state until the completion of his tenure.
