Paint 3D is now a part of the Microsoft’s Creators Update test build

You know you’ve been wanting to play around with that new version of Microsoft Paint — if only to see if it is, indeed, that big of an update to the long-maligned drawing application that’s been shipping with Windows since the mid-1980s.

Paint 3D is unquestionably one of the biggest refreshes in the application’s history. In fact, it’s really a complete rethink, one that serves as a major cornerstone for Microsoft’s upcoming Windows 10 Creators Update, aimed at making 3D content creation an essential part of the operating system.

Bengaluru: Infosys Ltd has invested 14.92 millon Danish krone (Rs14.5 crore) from its “innovation fund” in UNSILO, a Danish artificial intelligence start-up focused on advanced text analysis.

The deal comes at a time when companies around the globe, including Infosys clients, are trying to find better ways to make sense of a large amount of unstructured text.

Air India is all set to take delivery of its first more fuel-efficient A320 neo aircraft in January next year.

Air India charging thrice the normal fare from senior citizens booking online

The Narendra Modi-led central government has on several occasions chest-thumped about having changed the fortunes of Air India and Air India Express. Only recently it announced that Air India had made a profit after long. However, it turns out, some part of this profit would have been made by charging senior citizens booking tickets online as much as three times the normal adult airfare across sectors in India.

Thousands of people above the age of 60 years – pensioners, retired people, armed forces personnel and others – use Air India every month. The government-run airline seems to have charged these people at much higher rates than usual, even as they are entitled to concessionary airfare.
