SpiceJet has settled a Rs 250 crore dispute with Celestial Aviation, a subsidiary of one of the largest aircraft lessor groups, through negotiations and has avoided the litigation route, the company said in a stock exchange clarification on Wednesday.

The matter is now scheduled to be withdrawn formally on March 1, and both parties have informed the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) bench about the settlement.

Reliance Capital Limited (RCL) announced on Wednesday that its shares might be delisted from stock exchanges as part of the approved resolution plan.

Trading in the stock has been restricted. Shares of Reliance Capital last traded on February 26 when they declined 4.46 per cent to Rs 11.79.

Zydus Lifesciences on Tuesday announced a share buyback of up to Rs 600 crore. It will buy back 5.97 million shares at Rs 1,005 apiece.
