Days ahead of Assembly elections in Haryana, the Congress on Monday expelled 10 leaders for alleged anti-party activities for six years. This followed a couple days after it had expelled 13 other leaders for the same period and for the same reason.

The list, released by the All India Congress Committee, featured names including Chitra Sarwara, who has filed her nominations as an independent candidate from Ambala Cantt constituency.

Max Estates Limited, the real estate arm of Analjit Singh's Max Group, said on Monday it had recorded a pre-sales booking value of Rs 4,100 crore from its maiden luxury residential project in Gurugram.

The Madhya Pradesh government will soon recruit 30,000 health workers, including 3,000 doctors, to strengthen medical services in the state, Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla has said.

BharatPe announced on Monday that it had reached a settlement with former co-founder Ashneer Grover, who will no longer be associated with the company. “As part of the settlement, Grover will not be associated with BharatPe in any capacity nor be a part of the shareholding of the company,” the company said in an official statement.

As part of the deal, some of Grover's shares will be transferred to the Resilient Growth Trust, while the rest will be managed by his family trust. Both BharatPe and Grover have agreed not to pursue any legal action as part of their settlement.

Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha said on Friday that the state government has undertaken a multi-pronged plan for the development of tourism in Tripura. He said a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) worth Rs 692 crore has been signed by the Tripura Tourism Department for the construction of ropeways.

About 12 textile companies are set to receive the first set of incentive payment under the production-linked incentive (PLI) scheme.
