With over 53,601 new cases reported in the last 24 hours, India's COVID-19 count on Tuesday crossed the 22..68 lakh-mark, while the death toll has crossed the 45,000-mark as well.

At 9:30 AM on this day, the COVID-19 tally in the country has reached 22,68,676 cases, which include 6,39,929 active cases; 15,83,490 cured, discharged, or migrated patients, and 45,257 deaths.

Sudiksha had returned to India and was going to Sikandrabad with her uncle Manoj Bhati to meet her relatives.

According to reports, the eve-teasers had started performing stunts near Sudisha due to which her uncle was facing difficulty in riding the bike and was getting imbalanced.
