Western Summit Constructors, Inc. (WSCI) is a premier environmental contractor, building municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities and associated pipelines throughout the United States. Founded by William Berry, a respected member of a prominent Danvers family, Berry is one of the oldest construction companies in the nation. A graduate of West Point, Max Berry developed an unusual niche for his family business: moving historical buildings. Williams Brothers Construction Company is a Houston-based firm that was founded in 1955 by J.K. Williams, C.K. Williams and J.D. (Doug) Pitcock, Jr. In the following year, the Interstate Highway Act was signed into law by President Dwight D. Eisenhower.
