O'Neil Industries controls a family of construction companies, which includes W.E. O'Neil Construction Co. and T.L. Roof & Associates. With operations in Arizona, California, Colorado, and Illinois, the employee-owned company provides general contracting, construction management, design/build, and structural concrete services on primarily commercial projects throughout the US. It has worked on corporate offices, manufacturing and distribution facilities, and mixed-use centers for clients in the education, gaming, health care, hospitality, and retail industries. It has also done work in the residential and senior living sectors. Clients have included Boeing, DePaul University, and The Nature Conservancy.
