Taj-ul-Masjid: Taj-ul-Masjid is a 19th century mosque with a magnificent structure. The sprawling mosque is situated in Bhopal, the capital city of Madhya Pradesh As one of the most elegant buildings in Bhopal it stands tall with a pink facade. The words Taj-ul-Masjid literally means 'The Crown of Mosques'. True to its name it is one of the largest mosques in India and one of the most important to the Muslims in India. The building offers impressive views and is crowned with two massive white - domed minarets.The construction of the Taj-ul-Masjid in Bhopal began under the instruction of Shah Jehan Begum but the mosque was completed after her death. |

Moti Masjid : The Moti Masjid is situated in the heart of the Bhopal city in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is also known as the Pearl Mosque. A well - known landmark of Bhopal, Moti Masjid was built in 1860 under the order and instruction of Sikandar Jehan Begum, the renowned daughter of Qudisiya Begum. The center was planned by the notable architect Charles Correa. Bharat Bhavan is situated in Shamla hills, which is on the banks of a lake. It is one of the most well known centers in India involved in the conservation of traditional folk culture and art.

| Lower Lake : Bhopal, the capital city of Madya Pradesh is known as the city of lakes as it has two beautiful artificial lakes of the Upper Lake and the Lower Lake. The Upper Lake and the Lower are divided from each other by an over bridge. They are spread over an area of 6 sq. km of land. The Lower lake of Bhopal is enclosed by human settlements from all sides. The lake is geographically located between the North Latitude 23° 12' 0" and East Longitude 77° 18' 0".

| Upper Lake : The capital city of Bhopal is known as the city of lakes as it has two beautiful artificial lakes namely the Upper Lake and the Lower Lake. The Upper Lake and the Lower are separated from each other by an over bridge. Madhya Pradesh Tourism's Yacht Club has taken various initiatives to promote the lakes as a popular tourist destination. The Club offers various adventurous and exciting sports like sailing, boating, paddling and also trips in motorboats. The Upper and Lower lakes are urban water bodies which are collectively known as Bhoj Wetland.

| Van Vihar National Park : In the central part of Bhopal City lies the Van Vihar Zoo. Panther, Lion, Tiger, Bear, Hyena etc. are the animals that are kept in cages following the guidelines of the Central Zoo Authority. The authorities take proper care of the animals. The carnivores are fed with poultry, buffalo and mutton meat. Bears are also provided a balanced diet comprising of milk, fruits and vegetables. Few animals like Blackbuck, Cheetal, Blue bull, Sambhar, etc. move about freely inside the Van Vihar. They are not enclosed in cages in the park.

| Bhojpur Temple : Bhojpur takes its name from king Bhoja , the most celebrated ruler of the Paramara dynasty. There is no archaeological evidence from Bhojpur before the eleventh century, a fact confirmed by local legends which recount how Bhoja made a vow to build a series of dams “to arrest the streams of nine rivers and ninety-nine rivulets”. A location was found in the kingdom that allowed the king to fulfil this vow and the dams were duly built at Bhojpur.Although the dams were constructed of cyclopean masonry, one of them was opened on the orders of Hoshang Shah of Malwa in the fifteenth century.
